Korean Festival

The Korean Festival is an annual event celebrating the immigration of Korean roots to the United States, founded in 1974 by leaders of the early Korean American community. Our members participate in volunteering and helping throughout the festival, and participate in representing Hwarang and the Korean Spirit. Our nanta team also performs throughout intervals of our march and we try our best to make contributions to the community to raise awareness and continue the practice of Korean traditions. Hwarang helps organize the festival, promote Korean culture and multidiversity, and assist people to learn about the roots and tradition of Korea.
