National Night Out

Every year, the Hwarang Youth Foundation takes part in a parade called National Nights Out in Los Angeles. The foundation walks the streets alongside the Los Angeles

Police Department in order to spread police awareness throughout the community. As the parade ends in front of the department, the rest of the night becomes a celebration in supporting the police force. Many of the foundation members enjoy this event even though it is a long walk because they enjoy representing themselves as they walk with Korean and American flags. This event is especially important in displaying our trust and faith in the Los Angeles Police Department to keep us safe.

매년 화랑청소년재단은 로스앤젤레스에서 내셔널 나이트 아웃(National Nights Out)이라는 퍼레이드에 참여합니다. 재단은 지역사회 전체에 경찰 인식을 확산시키기 위해 로스앤젤레스 경찰국 거리를 산책합니다. 경찰서 앞에서 퍼레이드가 끝나자 남은 밤은 경찰을 지지하는 축하 행사가 됩니다. 재단 회원 중 상당수는 먼 거리라도  태극기와 성조기를 들고 걸으며 우리 나라를  대표하는 것을 좋아하기 때문에 이 행사를 즐깁니다. 이번 행사는 우리를 안전하게 지켜줄 로스앤젤레스 경찰국에 대한 우리의 신뢰와 믿음을 보여주는 데 특히 중요합니다.
