About This Chapter
Welcome to the Hwarang Youth Foundation Chicago Chapter, where young leaders come together to serve, connect, and grow. Rooted in the spirit of the historic Hwarang warriors, known for their loyalty, integrity, and courage, our chapter channels those same values into meaningful community impact across Chicago. Our pickleball fundraisers have become a signature part of who we are, bringing people together for a good cause while raising funds that support our mission. We're also committed to environmental responsibility through community cleanups and sustainability-focused projects, and we proudly celebrate Korean heritage and traditions while honoring Korean War veterans through dedicated tributes and community gatherings.

PresidentHello! I'm Madeline Lee, President of the Hwarang Youth Foundation Chicago Chapter. I have always been driven by a passion for leading and empowering others, and this role has given me the opportunity to put that passion into practice alongside a group of fellow dedicated young leaders. It continues to be a privilege to help guide our chapter's mission, and I remain inspired by the impact we continue to make together!
