About This Chapter
The Dublin chapter proudly represents Hwarang's Silicon Valley District in the city of Dublin, located in Alameda County's Tri-Valley region. Members organize a wide range of volunteer activities, including Senior Center Activity volunteering, the People of Park program, recycling events, and senior center performances. United by a shared goal of spreading positivity, the chapter embodies the values of compassion, empathy, and generosity — and Hwarang's Five Loves — believing that even small acts of kindness can inspire lasting change.

Si Young Lee
PresidentMy name is Si Young Lee, the Dublin Chapter President. I'm a junior at Dublin High School, born in South Korea, and I've been part of the Dublin community since 6th grade. I began as a member of Hwarang in my sophomore summer, progressed to PR of the Dublin Chapter, and now serve as chapter president. During my term, I've led volunteer opportunities such as the People Parks Program, Open Hearts Kitchen, Senior Center Activity Volunteer, and the Ploma Garage Sale, and I've joined the annual Guatemala trip where our volunteers assist doctors performing cataract surgeries.
