About This District
The LA District comprises three chapters — Crescent, Hancock Park, and Palos Verdes — serving Los Angeles County. Members run the Clean LA Street Campaign in Downtown LA, help residents apply for the LA Metro Low Income Fare is Easy (LIFE) program, and promote public health through vaccine outreach. Individual chapters add monthly recycling trips, park cleanups, fundraisers, and garage sales.

LA District ChairHi, I'm Noah Ha, the LA District Chair of the Hwarang Youth Foundation. I've always enjoyed giving back to my community and working with other young leaders who want to make a difference. As LA District Chair, I'm grateful for the opportunity to support our Crescent, Hancock Park, and Palos Verdes chapters as we grow together and serve others. I'm excited to see what we can accomplish and continue making a positive impact throughout Los Angeles.
