Confidentiality Agreement

This agreement is made between the Hwarang Youth Foundation and the student.

 

1. Purpose

The Student may access confidential information while participating in activities with the

Organization. This agreement is to protect that confidential information.

 

2. What is Confidential Information?

"Confidential Information" means important information about the Organization that should not be shared with others. This includes:

• Internal news and communications

• Financial information

• Donor information

• Information about members and volunteers

• Plans and activities of the Organization

 

3. Student’s Promise

The Student agrees to:

• Not share confidential information with others.

• Only use confidential information for Organization activities.

• Keep confidential information safe.

 

4. What is Not Confidential Information?

The following is not considered confidential information:

• Information already publicly available

• Information given by someone authorized to share it

• Information the Student creates independently

 

5. Returning Information

When the Student's activities with the Organization end or upon the Organization's request, the Student will return or delete all confidential information.

 

6. Duration of Agreement

This agreement is effective as long as the Student is involved with the Organization and as long as the information remains confidential.

 

7. Miscellaneous

This agreement includes all terms between the Student and the Hwarang Youth Foundation. Any changes must be in writing and signed by both parties. This agreement is governed by the laws of California, USA. If any part of this agreement is found invalid, the rest remains effective.

이 계약서는 화랑 청소년 재단과 학생 사이에 체결됩니다.

 

1. 목적

학생은 단체 활동에 참여하면서 기밀 정보를 접할 수 있습니다. 이 계약서는 그런 기밀 정보를

보호하기 위한 것입니다.

 

2. 기밀 정보란?

"기밀 정보"란 단체의 중요한 정보로, 다른 사람에게 알려지면 안 되는 정보입니다. 여기에는

다음이 포함됩니다:

• 단체 내부 소식

• 재정 관련 정보

• 기부자 정보

• 단체 회원 및 자원봉사자 정보

• 단체의 계획 및 활동

 

3. 학생의 약속

학생은 다음을 약속합니다:

• 기밀 정보를 다른 사람에게 알리지 않겠습니다.

• 단체 활동 외에는 기밀 정보를 사용하지 않겠습니다.

• 기밀 정보를 안전하게 보관하겠습니다.

 

4. 기밀 정보가 아닌 것

다음과 같은 정보는 기밀 정보가 아닙니다:

• 이미 공개되어 있는 정보

• 공개 권한이 있는 사람이 제공한 정보

• 학생이 스스로 만든 정보

 

5. 정보 반환

단체 활동이 끝나거나 단체가 요청하면, 학생은 모든 기밀 정보를 단체에 반환하거나

삭제하겠습니다.

 

6. 계약 기간 

계약서는 학생이 단체와 함께 활동하는 동안 유효하며, 기밀 정보가 기밀로 유지되는 한

계속 유효합니다.

 

7. 기타

이 계약서는 학생과 단체 간의 모든 내용을 포함하며, 변경이 필요한 경우 서면으로 작성하고

양측이 서명해야 합니다. 이 계약서는 California, USA 의 법률에 따릅니다. 계약서의 일부 조항이 무효가

되더라도, 나머지 조항은 여전히 유효합니다.
